KITCHEN DIALOGUES
Kolaboratívny projekt Kitchen Dialogues (kuchynské dialógy) dvojice Bobríková & de Carmen je uceleným súborom uvažovania o moci a hodnotách, ktoré riadia politiky v ekonomickej aj sociálnej oblasti. Určitá časť realizovaných prác reflektuje konzumné návyky a zdôrazňuje, že kapitalistická vízia rastu je v globalizovanom svete neudržateľná. Projekt sa zameriava na vytváranie komunít cez jedlo a varenie a skúma možnosti nových spoločenských ekosystémov. Kniha, ktorú vydáva tranzit.sk v spolupráci s dvojicou Bobríková & de Carmen, ponúka prehľad jednotlivých konceptov a prístupov autoriek textov, ako i kompletný súpis podujatí a happeningov, ktoré sa pod hlavičkou projektu uskutočnili od roku 2013.

Aké sú styčné body súčasného umenia a aktivizmu? Kedy umelci odmietajú spoluprácu na projektoch z etických dôvodov? Ktoré zdroje financovania súčasného umenia sú z etického hľadiska ešte akceptovateľné? Ako súvisí ekologická kríza so súčasným umením a aký postoj k nej zaujať? Týmito a podobnými otázkami sa zaoberá 54. číslo časopisu Flash Art Czech and Slovak Edition.

Budem robiť prednášku, a ešte neviem aké budeme preberať učivo, ale keď nebudeme pozadu s osnovami tak vám za odmenu zahrám pesničky s prižmúrením očí. So smartfónom vo vrecku môžem kedykoľvek a kdekoľvek zadať chýbanie.
Btw žiaci už nerobia únos triednej knihy, ale robia únos notebooku. Notebook triedneho učiteľa sa zapečatí, ale keby bol učiteľ sviňa, môže dávať päťky z hocijakého iného notebooku alebo smartfónu. Projekt je súčasťou výstavy Skryté kurikulum.
Erik Sikora je živý performer, učiteľ, pesničkár, videoartista, youtuber a čerstvý laureát Ceny Oskara Čepana.

KITCHEN DIALOGUES
Kitchen Dialogues, the collaborative project of Martinka Bobrikova & Oscarde Carmen consists of a body of work around the notions of value and power that govern politics in the economic and social spheres. Some of the works reflect on consumer habits, highlighting the fact that the common capitalist idea of growth is not sustainable in our contemporary globalized world. The project has concentrated on building community through food and cooking, on exploring the possibilities of creating a new social ecosystem. The book published by tranzit.sk and Bobrikova & de Carmen offers a comprehensive view of the artists’ conceptual background and practice as well as a complete anthology of specific events, happenings and sub-projects that have been implemented under the same concept since 2013. I’m going to give a lecture, and I’m not sure which material we’ll use. But if we’re not falling behind, I’ll play some songs as a reward. With my smartphone in my pocket I can take attendance anytime and anywhere. Btw, students don’t steal the class book anymore, they take the laptop. The classroom teacher’s laptop will be sealed, but a teacher who wants to be a bastard can fail students from any other laptop or smartphone. Lecture is a part of Hidden Curriculum exhibition.
